ELT Week is an event for English teachers focused on the continuous development of these professionals, covering numerous topics that permeate a teacher's daily life. In partnership with Brazil’s Ministry of Education, the British Council held the first edition of the online event in 2022, which, over 5 days, featured speakers and offered English teachers several activities, such as online meetings and short courses.
A teacher's career, different classroom dynamics and the internationalization of English teaching were some topics addressed at ELT Week 2022. The event reached over 34 thousand views, and interested viewers can still access the event and receive a certificate of attendance. All they need to do is watch the recordings and fill out the evaluation form.
